The first time I rode Bones was bareback. He was still underweight, but, had enough on him that I felt comfortable getting on. I expected his spine to poke out but, it didn't. Although, I could feel his ribs with my legs fairly well. Last night I got on him bareback and I must say, he has become quite comfortable! I tried to ride him in just his halter and reins. He didn't do so good! Lol. It wasn't that he wasn't listening to my cues, it was more like he didn't know that he should? If that makes sense. Here's some pics!
