Pictures

Thought I should update this. Bones is doing pretty well. The weather has been fairly crappy here lately. I kept him in the stall last night and just loved seeing him all snug in his perfectly clean stall (courtesy of Steve), a huge pile of hay, comfy blanket, and fresh water in a heated bucket. He was easily the snuggest of the whole barn! ;) Steve, being the wonderful human being he is, BOUGHT BONES A BRAND NEW TURNOUT BLANKET! He is just flippin' awesome. But, it hasn't come in yet (he had to order it) so until it gets here Bonesy will have to be stalled at night. Truthfully, he probably doesn't need a stall or turnout blanket but I feel a lot better when he has either one. Anywho.. I haven't really worked a whole lot with either of the boys. Just some lunging here and there. I'm going to try to ride Bones this evening if I can bare the cold. Once I get some extra cash I am going to search for a trainer/instructor to come help me out with Bones once or twice a week. I'm going to make it a goal for him to be a Barrel/Some kind of jumping horse.

George gave a few pony rides last weekend! Steve brought out a woman (girlfriend?) and her two kids. The woman and her son (14) had previous bad horse experience and were pretty nervous. The little girl (8) couldn't get on George fast enough! All in all it went very well and everyone rode at least a few laps around the arena. Here is a picture of The little girl on George.

I am going to start introducing all of the horses from the barn on here. The first two are yearling half brothers, Wrangler and Casey. Wrangler is about 17 months old and Casey is 13 months. They're freaking adorable and real sweethearts. Unfortunately, Wrangler's owners have already ridden him. But, I won't go into all of that.

Wranger is on the left, Casey is on the right:

Casey is on the left, Wranger is on the right. How cute.. brotherly love!

And here is a bootyfull picture of Bones!

In your opinion(s) do I look overly huge on Bones?PS- Sorry for the crappy picture.. it was a self timer deal.
